Why lean training often doesn't stick
A lot of lean training happens in a room over a day or two, and then everyone goes back to the floor and nothing changes. The concepts made sense in the classroom, but there was no time to apply them, no reinforcement, and no follow-through.
That's exactly what the Lean Certification Boot Camp is designed to fix. The program runs one class every other week, giving participants time between sessions to apply what they've learned before coming back to debrief and go deeper.
What the program covers
Over seven sessions from March through June, participants build a complete lean toolkit: Value Stream Mapping and A3 Thinking, Intro to Lean Principles, Practical Problem Solving using the 5 Why's, Lean Tool Implementation, Standard Work and Visual Management, Continuous Improvement Practice, and a final Lean Certification Exam.
